I want to thank those of you who prayed for our training! This weekend we had the first training for Fusion.  It was a lot of work getting everything together for the training and preparing for it, but it seemed like everyone enjoyed it.  We spent Friday evening and all of Saturday together.  We went through a lot of material but tried to make it very practical.  We wanted our teams to not only understand the what and how of Fusion but to more importantly understand the why.  This seemed to work and after getting their feedback we are already beginning to change things for the future.
