This weekend I was visited by a friend of mine.  David serves with Josiah Venture in Latvia which is about 12 hours from me.  He came down to visit me before our annual Fall conference started with JV.  It was great to spend time with him and to share about our lives and ministries.  It was also fun to spend time with him, not only because he is American, but also because he is a Hoosier.  It is funny how many more things you have in common with someone from your own State as you do with just anyone in the U.S.  While he was here we had the opportunity to go hiking together and to spend time enjoying God’s nature and our own company.  Please pray for David as he serves and lives in Latvia.  Here is a link to find out more about David: http://www.josiahventure.com/people-and-places/latvia/194
