This weekend I had the last time with my family before I leave to head back to Slovakia.  My Brother and Sister came home on Friday and stayed until Sunday.  We were able to go as a family out to eat on Friday and then spent the evening watching an old movie together.  On Saturday we had a great meal together with my Grandfather and Aunt to celebrate my Mother’s and my birthdays.  I am so thankful for my family and the deep joy I feel together with them!  I am so blessed to have them and will deeply miss them as I go back to Slovakia!

I also had the opportunity to go with my Mom to visit my Grandparents from Illinois for lunch on the Indiana/Illinois border.  This will be the last time that I will see them for quite a while now. I am so thankful for the heritage that has been passed down through my family!
