This last weekend we went on our leader team Spring Retreat.  We spent a lot of time talking about the last year and strategizing about the year to come. It was also a nice time to get to know each other better and to play fun games and go on hikes together.  There are a number of people on our team, that I do not feel like I know very well.  I decided from the beginning that I was to spend time and effort specifically talking to some of my teammates, that I don’t know.

We spent the weekend at a house out in the mountains.  It was a beautiful location and very relaxing.  We spent the whole weekend talking, praying, enjoying each other, and cooking and cleaning together.  I really feel like it went a long way to build our team dynamics and unity. We also told our team for the first time that Draho and Zuzka were stepping down from the main leadership and would only be a part of the team.  This was hard for our team members to hear, but it showed some of them how much they need to step up.  They did step up and came up with many new and good ideas.  Pleas pray for our future main leader, whoever they may be.
