As many of you know, I have taken on a new job this year.  I have become the Intern Director for all of Slovakia.  This is a pretty big task, but I have a great team alongside me.  This week we welcomed 12 interns who will be serving with us all summer in our Fusion, Edge (sports), and English Camp ministries.  We started their time off with an Amazing race, to build team work and a training conference, to prepare them along with 100 other interns to serve all around Europe. I am excited for these interns to be here this summer and the opportunity to be able to build into their lives.

During the conference Dave Patty spoke about idols and how the modern idols we worship look like.  It was a very eye opening talk and seemed to impact the interns a lot! I actually had the opportunity to talk with 6 different guys who approached me and wanted me to pray through destroying some idols in their lives.  It was pretty encouraging to be a part of the process with them, but was also emotionally draining.  I am thankful that in these things, I do not need to rely on my own strength, but have God with me in it!
