Every year we have KPM our youth leaders conference.  This is a great time to train and equip young leaders form all over Slovakia. This year, we were able to, for the first time, bring a group of young leaders from our church.  This was a such a great time to see them grow, be challenged and meet other young people in the same spot. 

The theme of the conference was Dielo, or workmanship.  We talked about how God has made us for His glory.  we discussed the spiritual gifts that he has given us and how they can be used for his kingdom!  It was great to see my young leaders see, for some of them the first time, that they have Spiritual gifts from God that they can use and develop for the body of Christ and for sharing the gospel.  I know many of them felt very encouraged and challenged to use these gifts!

You all know me and that I love my guys!  I am so excited any opportunity I have to invest in them. So of course I took them out to dinner one of the nights and we talked about our spiritual gifts and encouraged each other to grow in those areas!

During the conference, I had the opportunity to teach two different seminars.  I love teaching and was so excited to teach on Conflict Resolution and How the Teenage Brain functions.  These topics seemed to be very useful for people and many came afterward to ask questions.  I hope that God was able to use me to impact those in my Seminars!
