One of the many blessings I have from being in the States right now doing recruitment is time with Family and with Alice.  Alice was able to come two weekends in a row to spend time with me and my family.  The first weekend I was here, Tim, Kelsey, Becca, Alice and I had the opportunity to go camping and hiking in the Smokey Mountains.  It was a blessed and very memorable time together and a great opportunity for my siblings to meet Alice in person, finally, and get to know each other better.

The second week she came and attended my cousin Will’s wedding with me.  She had the opportunity to meet my parents finally in person along with my grandpa, Aunt, Uncle, and two cousins.  It was another memorable weekend and one for which I will be thankful for a long time!  It’s a blessing to me that my family loves her and her my family already.  God is good and I am thankful for all he is doing in this relationship!  Please pray we will continued to be guided by him in the future.
