Alice has been praying for quite some time for girls to disciple that are new in their faith. She has couple of girls she disciples that have been believers for a while and she loves spending time with them, but she felt the tug to disciple new believers. One day there was a girl who she had in her English class at a camp last year that wrote to her asking if they could call and only speak English so she could practice. Maybe some of you remember her, her name is BarbiViki and she came to know the Lord at a camp we were serving at last year. Of course, Alice was thrilled to have this opportunity with BarbiViki to catch up and hear how she is doing. While they were talking BarbiViki mentioned reading the book of John so Alice asked her how that was going. BarbiViki wanted to know what other books of the Bible she should read. Alice gave her some recommendations and also asked if she would like to study them together. She was thrilled. Alice has been meeting BarbiViki every week and they just finished studying 1 Peter and are about to study the LOOK study which is designed for new believers. It is a joy for Alice to see BarbiViki grow and have some amazing questions about her faith.
