Since the ’90s, we have had KPM, our youth leaders conference, but this was the second year online because of COVID. Over 300 young leaders, who are tired of being on zoom, joined us for three days online! Can you believe that?! They are excited to grow in their leadership and are looking for encouragement. A majority of the leaders coming are now IGen and no longer Millenials. Imagine the shift! The IGen are becoming leaders and bringing their generation’s values and new ideas to the table. We are excited to see how God uses this new generation for his kingdom! This conference was amazing and on par with the conference in person. One of our favorite parts of the conference was the opportunity to mentor one on one some of the young leaders! Please pray for these young leaders 17 – 25 years old who are bravely navigating this world and spreading the good news of the Kingdom!
