This year’s vacation looked a lot different than it normally does because we decided to go to the US and spend time with our families before our baby comes. Josh will most likely go back to the US in the fall to do recruitment of teams and interns for next year, but Alica will be too pregnant to travel at that point. We were not sure when we would see our families next so we spontaneously decided to go see them for a couple of weeks. It was a blessed family time and we got to spend a lot of time together just hanging out and adoring our little nephew Zeke. 🙂 Josh got to watch Zeke for a couple of hours one day while Alica, Kelsey, Becca and Mom Howard went to get lunch. It was a special time Josh never gets and it made us be excited for a day when Zeke will get to meet his cousin. With Alica’s side of the family we got to go to a science museum and spent some treasured time as a family. Both families threw us a baby shower while we were there and it was a very sweet time of celebrating God’s goodness toward us with so many people we adore.
