While Josh was on a “reconnect tour” in America, Alica had the opportunity to spend time with her family for a couple of days. Alica’s family lives about 2.5 hours from where we live, so we only see each other every other month. Some dear friends let Alica use their car, so she could drive herself to see her family. The time with her family was very precious as Alica’s mom is beyond excited to be a grandma (again). Alica and her mom went on some shopping trips and bought more cute things for the baby. It was a very restful and blessed time for Alica, with just her mom before the baby’s arrival. Alica also got to see her brother, who happened to have a baby while Alica was visiting. Sadly, Alica did not get to see her new little nephew because of Covid restrictions but is excited to see him when he gets baptized in a couple of weeks.
