What a truth to live by! In the last couple of months, we have been able to experience many ups and downs and knew the only thing we had was our trust in the Lord. What a gift! We pray that our lives are filled with complete trust in God and His truth as we rely on His promises. In the last couple of months, we had to deal with a major car repair, many not so kind nurses and doctors during Alica’s doctor’s appointments, a lot of decisions about the hospital where Alica will give birth, losing some friends in the battle with Covid, and many more situations that left us asking: “God, what are you doing here?” The human side of us wants to solve it ourselves and forget about all the bad things that have been happening. As we are approaching Thanksgiving and Christmas season, we pray that our hearts quickly let go of taking control over our lives. Our prayers are that we continue to seek God and see what He is doing in all situations. Not us. His plans are always so much better than ours. It is a blessing and a privilege to trust Him.
